Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHU.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7245 of 2023 on 19.04.2023. 2.On the side of the petitioner it is stated that this Court has granted bail on condition to handover Rs.50,000/- to the defacto complainant. The petitioner is no way connected with the case and the condition is prejudice to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above submission, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.49 of 2023, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai is directed to deposit the amount in a fixed deposit in any one of the nationalised bank till the disposal of the criminal case.
