O R D E R

The order impugned dated 15.03.2019 states that the sister of the writ petitioner submitted an application seeking compassionate appointment and the said application was taken into consideration and the sister of the writ petitioner was included in the seniority list, who all are waiting for compassionate appointment. As per the list, the name of the petitioner's sister has been included in Serial No.2211. While so, the writ petitioner submitted an application seeking appointment on compassionate ground on 18.07.2016 on the date of attaining majority. Admittedly, the petitioner was a minor at the time of death of his father. The father died on 04.09.2012 and the application was submitted on attaining the majority on 18.07.2016. Therefore, the application was rejected on two grounds.

Firstly, the application was submitted beyond the period of three years and secondly, the application submitted by the sister of the writ petitioner was considered and her name is kept in the waiting list. This being the factum, the order impugned is in consequence with the scheme of appointment and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

W.P. (MD) No. 8297 of 2019 there is no infirmity as such.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
