ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the petitioner, due to matrimonial dispute, the third respondent, wife of the petitioner, lodged a complaint against him. Based on the same, the second respondent is harassing him. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that based on the compliant given by the third respondent, the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry, that apart they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, recording the submission of the second respondent that they have not harassed the petitioner, only based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry, directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the third respondent's complaint and dispose of the same within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
