2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent bank submitted that the petitioner's application for grant of agricultural loan would be considered and disposed of on merits and in terms of their norms within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
