PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining the impugned order of the 4th respondent in refusal cheque slip number in RFL/Perunali/5/2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the 4th respondent to register the document presented by the petitioner dated 23.05.2022.
