S/o.Rakkan as per the proceedings of Pattukottai Revenue Divisional Officer in Ni.Mu.21430/69 dated 12.07.1969 and thereafter mutate the patta in the petitioner name to the land in Survey No.121/1 to the extent of 51 cents and survey No.122/3 to the extent of 1.99 Acres situated at Alathur Village, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pattukottai District, within a time frame fixed by this Court. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct restoration of patta in the name of the original assignee Chinnaiah, S/o.Rakkan, as early as in 12.07.1969 and to consequently mutate the patta in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner has given his representation to the respondents even as early as in the year 2015 and the petitioner seeks for expeditious orders being passed on the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for and without going into the petitioner's entitlement for patta or restoration of patta in the name of Chinnaiah, the third respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
