COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 & A-2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.189 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners said to have illegally transported Six Units of sand. Hence, a case has been registered.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.10608 of 2020 4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
