RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of Imprisonment imposed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge& Essential Commodities Act cases and Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai in S.C.No.106/2015 by the judgment dated 23/10/2018 and enlarge the petitioner /accused on bail , pending disposal of the abovesaid Criminal Appeal and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, While admitting the CRL A, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The trial Court after considering the evidence let in by the

prosecution has convicted the appellant for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (ii) and 506 (i) IPC converting the charge under Section 302 and 506(ii) IPC. This Court does not find any serious error in appreciation of the evidence by the trial Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence pending appeal.
