O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 3 to 5. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner availed loan from the respondents 3 to 5. Since the petitioner was unable to repay the loan amount with interest, the petitioner filed Insolvency Petition in I.P.No.15 of 2019 before the District Court, Theni, Theni District and the same is pending now. Meanwhile, after filing of Insolvency Petition, the respondents 3 to 5 came to the petitioner's house and caused trouble to him. Thereafter, he sent complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 on 13.06.2022. Despite the same, the respondents 3 to 5 are attempting to abduct the petitioner. Hence, he filed this petition for providing police protection.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11060 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the representation received from the petitioner is pending with the police. He further submitted that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the police for enquiry and they will consider the representation.

4.Considering the submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and participate in the enquiry and the second respondent hereby is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2022 and to take action.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
