O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 29.11.2019 made in Crl.O.P (MD). Nos. 14921 and 16072 of 2017.

2. This Court, by a common order dated 29.11.2019 made in Crl.O.P (MD). Nos. 14921 16072 of 2017, directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate filed a status report, which reveals that the respondent herein completed the investigation in Crime No.141 of 2011 and also filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, on 14.05.2020, for the offence under Sections 302, 313 and 506(ii) I.P.C.. Now it is pending for committal in P.R.C.No.28 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.
