This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the G.O(MS)No.17 Public Works (G2) Department dated 15.02.2019 passed by the first respondent and consequently forbearing the respondents from calling for tender notification under the package System.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
