O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the 3rd respondent or his subordinates from in any way harassing ill-treating, threatening or distrusting to close down the petitioner's Beauty Parlor and Massage Centre in the name and style of Kerala Pain Relief Centre in B10, NGO B Colony, Vasantham Nagar, Tirunelveli based on his representation dated 15.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, in respect of running his Beauty Parlour he sent a representation dated 15.04.2025 to the respondent police, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 2/5

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the third respondent, this Court directs the third respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order. 6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
