ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for her willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15778 of 2024, dated 20.09.2024. 1/4
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 20.11.2025), the respondent/contemnor is present and filed an affidavit along with typed set of papers, wherein it is evident that summon was issued to the petitioner and he gave a statement on 06.11.2024 and on the basis of enquiry, the respondent closed the enquiry on 06.11.2024.
3.Even according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, copy of the closure report was served on the petitioner, but the same was not mentioned in the contempt petition or in the subsequent hearings. 4.Whatever it is, since the direction of this Court has already been complied, there is nothing to proceed with the contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
