This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representationss dated 18.03.2025 and 21.04.2025 and take appropriate action as against the 3rd and 4th respondents.
2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representations dated 18.03.2025 and 21.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same have not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representations are under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 2/5
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.
5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representations are pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representations dated 18.03.2025 and 21.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 29.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
