This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent take appropriate action and dispose petitioner's complaint dated 07.08.2024 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have received the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed after enquiry. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Since the complaint of the petitioner was already considered and closed by the respondent police and today, the copy of closure report also served to the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. 2/4

4.In view of the above, this petition is closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
