This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from putting up any construction in the patta land in S.F.No.312 situated at Koonrakkampatti village, Natham post, Thottiyam taluk, Trichy dist without following any due process of law and considering the representation made by the petitioner on 11.09.2020.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the construction has been put up at S.F.No.411 and hence, the apprehension raised by the petitioner is unsustainable. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
