ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.219 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Court within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within two months.

4. Considering the submission, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
