********* [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The Writ Petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation on 10.06.2020 with 1st respondent officials proceeding to the 3rd respondent based on his representation Vide No.O.Mu.A2(G)/6479/2020, dated 29.06.2020. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and for the private respondents 4 to 6 would submit that already complaint has been enquired into, but till date no orders have been passed by the third respondent.

3.If enquiry has already been over, the third respondent shall pass a speaking order and communicate to the petitioner and the private respondents 4 to 6.

4.In the event, it is found that there is any encroachment then action should be taken for removal of encroachment. However, if there is no encroachment, it should be intimated to the petitioner, so as to enable the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
