Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was employed in the first respondent Corporation. He has since retired from service. The last few months preceding his retirement his salary account was attached at the instance of the second respondent, the present writ petition came to be filed. The petitioner had availed loan from the second respondent way back in the year 2013. The learned Standing Counsel informs the Court that the loan account has since been settled in full and the petitioner is subsequently availed jewel loan from the second respondent Bank. The learned Standing Counsel categorically asserts that the petition mentioned account is very much functioning. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Bank, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
