ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to indulge in Katta Panchayat under the pretext of enquiry based on the foisted complaint of the 4th and 5th respondents.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.453 of 2018, against the petitioner.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie made out against the petitioners, register the F.I.R or close the

petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Till then, the respondent police is not to harass the petitioner.
