ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4438 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.416 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Town Police Station, Tiruppur, daily at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition from 28.04.2025.
3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4438 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.416 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025 to report before the Tiruppur Town Police Station alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial 2/4
Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. However, the petitioner has to stay at Tiruppur and shall not visit the occurrence village and not disturb the victim at any point of time. The petitioner is also expected to furnish the new address details to the respondent Police and he must be available during the appeal proceedings.
