This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 06.03.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanniyakumari District,in D.No.375/2025 dated 13.05.2025 seeking further extension of time in S.C.No.70 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanniyakumari District,this Court made the following order:-

1. This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.70 of 2021 pending on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram.

2. The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, has sent a letter in D.No.375/2025 dated 13.05.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.70 of 2021 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.03.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram,, this Court is inclined to grant further time 2/4

to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.70 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
