Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader clarified that there appears to be no consensus among the various groups. The authorities have not passed any restraint order.
3. In these circumstances, this Court directing the authorities to grant permission to the petitioner will not arise at all. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
