Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner wants the assignment made in favour of the fourth respondent to be cancelled. The petitioner and the fourth respondent are brothers. The second respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing final order, the fourth respondent must be put on notice. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent can pass order one way or the other.
