Educational Officer in the 3rd Respondent Madurai Municipal Corporation is exclusively the post of the 3rd Respondent Madurai Municipal Corporation to be filled up and manned only from the Head Master working in the Madurai Municipal Corporation and not by others and to grant such other or further order.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up today, the learned Counsel appearing for the second petitioner has reported that even today, he is not able to get any instructions from the second petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for default with liberty to the second petitioner to restore the same, if the second petitioner wishes. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
