Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take necessary action for removal of the encroachments made by the 4th respondent in the common pathway comprised in S.No.1851 Kattupatti Village, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2018.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action for removal of the encroachments

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that an inspection and survey of the subject property is scheduled to be held on 04.07.2025 and in the event of any encroachment, all further actions will be initiated to remove the encroachment by following the procedures. 2/4

3. Thus, this Court directs the official respondents to complete the enforcement actions within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
