ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to conduct the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.381 of 2021, on the file of the Respondent Police before the concerned Court within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.381 of 2021 has been registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C on 02.06.2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case has been registered on 02.06.2021, there is no progress in investigation so far. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that three witnesses have been examined so far and the investigation will be completed within a period of two months. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the Final Report, compliance Report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
