Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.SULTHAN BASHA, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioner in all petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.7536 to 7538 of 2022 on 05.05.2022.

Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.7129 to 7131 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos. 7536 to 7538 of 2022 on 05.05.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days at about 10.30 am., until further orders.
