COMMON JUDGMENT (Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN.,J) This Court by order, dated 27.11.2025 directed the appellant to appear before this Court on 28.11.2025, failing which, appeals shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court. Even though the appeals are listed today under the caption ''for appearance'', the respondent is present and the appellant is not present before this Court. This shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeals diligently. Hence this Court has no other option except to dimiss the appeals for non-prosecution. 2.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
