ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.187 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police station within a time framed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation is completed and the final report is also made ready, however, they need some time to file the final report. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent police shall also ensure that the final report is taken on file by the concerned Court within in a period of two weeks therefrom.
