ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.81 of 2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.81 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 384 and 506(ii) I.P.C. He also submitted that on a counter complaint given by the accused in this case, a case has been registered against the petitioner herein in Crime No.80 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 I.P.C r/w 3(1) (r) 2 (s), 3(2) (va) SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act 2014. He would submit that though both the cases arise out of the same incident, which happened at the same time, the respondent had filed final report in Crime No.80 of 2015 and they have not completed the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2015.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the final report will be filed within a period of one month. 4.Taking into consideration, the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.81 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In view of the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
