Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner was not allowed to write the TET examination held in the year 2019. The petitioner was held ineligible on account of the marks secured by him in the qualifying examination. The petitioner has sought relaxation.
3. We are now in 2022. The matter has become infructuous. However, the rights of the petitioner to seek relaxation in respect of future examination are left open. All the contentions of the petitioner can be canvassed in a fresh writ proceeding.
