2.The petitioner seeks disposal of the petition mentioned appeal by the second respondent. The petitioner states that the appeal is pending for more than two years.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the jurisdictional Tahsildar has given recommendation in favour of the petitioner and report has been submitted to that effect on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
