No.3194 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAJA RAVI VARMA, Advocate for Mr.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3194 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021, to surrender and to execute the sureties.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) represented that the petitioners have already filed a petition for extension of time and this Court has also shown indulgence by granting the time limit. The petitioners, instead of surrendering before the Magistrate concerned, have filed this second application.
3. Mr.M.Raja Ravi Varma, learned Counsel representing the petitioners is not able to furnish the details as to when the time was extended by this Court.

4. In view of the conduct of the petitioners and considering the fact that this Court has already shown indulgence to the petitioners by extending the time limit, this Court is not inclined to extend the same any further. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
