Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.S.MANOJKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to relax the 1/3

condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7257 of 2024, dated 15.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
