ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct "Valli Thirumanam Nadagam" scheduled on 02.11.2018 at 10.00 p.m. in front of Sri Muthumariyamman Kovil, A.Nedugulam, Kilankattur Village Manamadurai, Sivagangai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner will have to abide by the conditions that are imposed by the respondent police, while conducting the function.
4.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to grant permission and adequate police protection to celebrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the function of the Valli Thirumanam on 02.11.2018 at Sri Muthumariyamman Kovil, A.Nedugulam, Kilankattur Village Manamadurai, Sivagangai District.
5.It is made clear that the respondent police is at liberty to impose any conditions to ensure the peaceful conduct of the function and the petitioner is bound to comply with the same. 6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
