O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed,for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent I.e., the District Collector, Sivagangai to pass appropriate orders in the disciplinary action initiated against the petitioner in Collector's Memo No.A8/52391/2005, dated 21.2.2009 within the time specified by this Court.

2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, even though disciplinary proceedings has been concluded, final orders are yet to be passed.

the disciplinary proceedings within a period of one month. 5.In view of the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the Petitioner and to pass final orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
