[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the Petitioner's daughter namely, K.Yamuna, aged about 20 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and set her at liberty. 2.Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would state that the detenue, who is admittedly a major was having love affair with the third respondent and the marriage between them was performed on 21.09.2020 at Sri Sakthi Muthamman Temple, Chinna Neelankarai. It is further submitted that the detenue and the third respondent appeared before the respondent Police and gave separate statements.
