ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and to fence the petitioner's land in S.F.Nos.36/7B, 36/7C1, 36/7C2 & 36/7C3 to an total extent of 1 Acre, 51 Cents situated at Kayakkadu Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 26.05.2020.

3. Subsequently, the petitioner lodged another complaint and it is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. In view of above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
