To extend the time stipulated in the order dated 06.01.2026 made in W.P(MD) No.102 of 2026 for payment of the conditional amount of Rs.10,00,000/- by a further period of three months or such further time as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

Considering the nature of averments made detailing the circumstances under which the petitioner could not make the payment and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that if appropriate time is granted, the petitioner will make the payment without fail, six weeks time from today is extended to the petitioner to make the payments as directed in the conditional order. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.

2.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
