This petition is filed to quash the case in STC No.52 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Madurai. 2.The facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2018 batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, the proceedings in S.T.C.No.52 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Madurai is hereby quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
