COMMON PRAYER in W.P.(MD) Nos.8478 & 8480 of 2019 : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents-3 & 4 to seek approval on the appointment proposal of the petitioner, dated 03.08.2015 and the respondents-1 & 2 to grant approval within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.
PRAYER in W.P.(MD) No.8479 of 2019 : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents-3 & 4 to seek approval on the appointment of the petitioner as the Headmaster by promotion, dated 20.07.2015 and the respondents-1 & 2 to grant approval within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER W.P.(MD) Nos.8478 & 8480 of 2019 have been filed seeking direction to the respondents-3 & 4 to approve the appointment proposal of the petitioners, dated 03.08.2015 and direct the respondents-1 & 2 to grant approval within the time that may be fixed by this Court.
W.P.(MD) Nos.8479 of 2019 has been filed seeking direction to the respondents-3 & 4 to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster, by promotion dated 20.07.2015 and direct the respondents-1 & 2 to grant approval within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.
2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has submitted that, the petitioners may be directed to approach the administrator/third respondent and to make an application and on receipt of any such application, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the third respondent, within a specified time that may be fixed by this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners agreed to make an application before to the administrator/third respondent, within a period of One (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Recording the above said statement, this Court directs the petitioners to make an application before the administrator/third respondent, within a period of One (1) week, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any such application is made by the petitioners, the administrator/third respondent shall consider the same and pass an appropriate orders along with the similarly placed persons, on merits and in accordance with law.
5. With the above terms, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
