ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in S.C.No.218 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 326, 324, 307 I.P.C, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.218 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 27.09.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, Thanjavur District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Subordinate Judge is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
