Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate order to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land in survey No.174 in respect of the entire extent of 2 Acres and 55 Cents including the omitted extent of 14 cents, which is part of survey No.176 and consequential direction to the respondents to make necessary entry in the Village A Register and other connected records as per the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.20533/2017 dated 05.02.2017 by this Court and on the basis of the report submitted by the 4th respondent vide Na.Ka.No.988/2013 dated 28.03.2013.

2.The District Revenue Officer, Tiruchirappalli is directed to conclude the petition mentioned proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The District Revenue Officer shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
