This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action as against the respondents 5 & 6 based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8495 of 2019 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fifth respondent herein is the mother of the sixth respondent. Even though, a complaint given by the petitioner was closed as 'mistake of fact', second complaint has been given against the sixth respondent before the very same Inspector of Police. Based upon the subsequent complaint, now, summon has been issued to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police by the fourth respondent. 3.Let the third respondent undertake the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner.

4.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
