PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the first respondent order in his reference No.Ku.No./633-2/Me.Po/Ma.Pa.Va/Madu/Ni.Aa/Ni.Pi-1/Outhavi.3/2015-3, dated 26.02.2016 and the second respondent order in his reference Ku.Aa.No. 6802/298/Tha.Po/Pa.Madurai/Mu.Ni.Aa/Ni.Pi/D1/2016, dated 09.08.2016 to quash the operating portion of the orders prospectively imposing the punishment of reduction of pay to the minimum of the time scale for three years with cumulative effect directing the respondents to impose this punishment on the date when this punishment was imposed on his Junior. Sri.N.Mani Lines Inspector, or on par with Sri.P.Balakrishnan then Helper now Commercial Inspectors with the same punishment for the same misconduct.
