ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of execution petition arising out of a partition suit.

2. A perusal of B-diary extract indicates that out of 4 respondents, the 1st respondent alone has entered appearance and the other respondents remained ex parte. The 1st respondent after having entered appearance in February 2023, so far has not filed his counter. Only to enable the 1st respondent to file a counter, the matter is being adjourned for the past one year.

3. Considering the above said facts, direction is issued to the Sub Court, Sivagangai to dispose of E.P.No.38 of 2022 on or before 31.10.2024 after giving due opportunity to the parties.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
