This petition is filed to quash the order passed in Cr.M.P.No. 1825 of 2022 dated 15.06.2022 by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Pudukkottai and modify the condition imposed therein as to appear and sign before the judicial Magistrate, Illuppur daily, at 10.30 a.m. 2.This learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Pudukkottai, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 15.06.2022 with a condition that the petitioners should appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are residing at Pudukottai District and the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, is situated at around 60 kilometer away from their 2/4

place. Further, till now, the petitioners are complying the condition without fail. Hence, he seeks above said modification. 4.The petitioner may approach the concerned Court for modification by setting out the facts and circumstances. If it is rejected, then he may approach this Court.

5.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
