Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 5th respondent District Educational officer vide Na.Ka.No.1219/A3/2018 dated 11.08.2018, quash the same and further directing the respondents herein to sanction forthwith one additional post of BT Assistants in science to the School, ad consequentially directing the 5th respondent District Educational Officer to forthwith approve the appointment of Thiru.A.Antony as BT Assistant (Science) in the petitioners school w.e.f the date of his appointment viz., 13.06.2018.
