Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTORARIFIED MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings dated 18.12.2019 against the petitioner issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 1 to 4 respondents to the 6th respondent not to proceed further to conduct the enquiry till the Covid-19 Pandemic Period and to pass such other orders. This contempt petition has been filed against the interim order of stay passed on 31.08.2020. It is not made clear that whether the interim order has been extended further or not. Under these circumstances, contempt petition need not be pursued. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds in the main writ petition. The Registry is directed to list the writ petition after two weeks.
